Nothing here so i will add something 🙂 teams have ussualy two healers. Main healers are mercy and ana. Secondary are Lucio and zenyatta.
In case of solo healing, its better to take mercy or ana. Ana is slightly better but need good aim and better mechanical skill.
Ultimate usage :
Ana: it is good to combine ults with others like soldier, reaper or genji. Rein is very good too if you need agresivnÄ› push.———————————————
Mercy: not every time is best way to wait for 5 man res. If you can res two important heroes like rein + ana dont hesitate( if fight is still going and there is not only one attacker). Nothing is worse then die with res and lost point. Even when you res one hero, for example soldier with ult ready, it could help.
Lucio, zenyatta: their ult is basicly push ult or counter ult for enemy ultimates like dragonblade or tactical visor. Be carefull if enemy use graviton and high dmg ults like barrage or selfdestruction. You will save youself with zen, but your team die anyway probably. So its better die with the team and save ult.Its very important to know when to ult.
——————————————–
As an ana player I think the most important thing is to know that nano boosting a high dps target like reaper or soldier EVEN IF THEY DO NOT HAVE ULTS can make a massive difference
Don’t wait for 2 mins until your dps have an ult——————————————–
Thing is,as a ana you should have your ult first, then just wait for right target. Nano boosting soldier who cant iam is pointless. If you do nano visor, he can wipe where enemy team basicly.
Who cant aim and he can wipe out…——————————————–
Ana main would say: Always heal your team. take down low HP targets but make sure your team is alright. If a flanker jumps on you try to sleep then and combo. If it’s a tank you can say you cought them and they will finish him off. If you are alone and manage to sleep a deadly target like winston just go somewhere safe.
——————————————–
With ana’s sleep dart its the best idea to use it only when you are getting attackt and u cant survive
so at close range
than u cant be killed too and u cant waste it——————————————–
Bronze/silver Ana tips:
Heal first, deal damage if noone needs heals (or if you can get Pharah down quickly).
Ideally, you want to be in the back but if the team is not protecting you well you may have to position yourself close to your tanks.
Let your team know when the enemy is getting a sleepdart so they don’t wake him up immidiately.
Primary sleepdart targets are tanks and bastion because they are very easy to hit. Projectile speed is strange and requres some practice. Also, if you are able to put Pharah to sleep do it.
Save your sleepdarts when you know enemy has “sleepable” ults. Your job is to sleep ulting Roadhog, Winston, Pharah, McCree, Bastion and Soldier. Ulting Genji is much harder to hit but it’s theoretically possible.
Think of your granade like a “miniult”. It is an powerful ability you never want to waste by hiting Rein shield or D.VA matrix. A well placed granade can definitelly change the teamfight.
Let your team know about your prefered nanoboost target. Make sure they know it’s coming.
Soldier, Pharah, Reaper, Genji and Bastion should use their ults while nanoboosted. On the other hand, nanoboosted Winston is actually stronger if he doesn’t ult. Make sure he understands that.
Don’t nanoboost Mercy or Zenyatta. It doesn’t enhance their speed or healing so it’s almost a wasted ult.———————————————–
o how all of that relates to ana. I play healers almost exclusively EXCEPT ana and i know i need more practice before i can even TOUCH her in competitive. This is what I find hard about her:
a) I actually think that even the regular shots are somewhat hard to hit, I often find myself just quickscoping in to hitscan cause the hipfire keeps missing. It gets a certain amount of time to get used to. b) Not to mention the sleep dart. It fires really strangely and landing it in the first place is quite a skill in my eyes, moreover KNOWING when to use it requires a lot of gamesense.
c) You dont have any movement abilities, so playing her requires not only good positioning from you but your teammates as well. You cant heal as ana while everlyone is fighting in the 4 corners of the map.
Yes I agree zod, I think Ana is one of the hardest characters in game to get into.———————————————-
Lucio TIPS: Jump, jump, jump, jump, E, jump, jump, jump, jump, boots switch, jump, jump, jump, jump, jump, hear enemy hard ult=LETS DROP THE BEAT!, jump, jump, jump, jump, jump, jump…..jump, jump, jump…..

Ok, so I’ve been looking at some tips and tricks, this is one for Lucio, a feature I actually activated only when I started to do competitive with him
it is the backwards wall riding
by default this is deactivated, change this in the controls, specifically for Lucio
also, when you boop, tilt upwards as Blizzard has added the vertical booping
wall-ride as much as possible, it gives you an additional speed boost even when you are on healing mode, you do need to “ride” for a split second tho
my 2 cents———————————————-
